Kol Shira has already submitted an application for incorporation as a nonprofit and is in the process of applying for recognition as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Once approved, the effective date of exemption will be retroactive to our date of incorporation, and your gift may be deductible as allowed by law.
