• Parking:

  • The Clubhouse is at the back of the complex, next to the pool.

  • You may use the 10 parking spaces directly in front of the building.

  • NOTE: Please ensure you do not block any reserved resident spots.

  • If the Clubhouse spaces are full, please park in the visitor spaces along South Drive (the main entrance road) or on Greenslope street just outside the Villa Serena entrance.

Board Meetings — Members Welcome

All Members are invited to attend and participate in the monthly Board meetings. Member participation is a great way to contribute to the life of the community.
