Board Elections & Nominations

At our June 14, 2026 member meeting we will kick off our first Board elections!

Four candidates, listed below, submitted nominations prior to the May 31 deadline.

While we only received four nominations for the upcoming election, our bylaws call for five Board members. We look forward to adding more members as candidates step forward. Per the bylaws, it is too late to declare candidacy for the June election, but if you are interested in serving, please contact Sam Brill to discuss.

Board & Member Meetings

All Members are encouraged to attend and participate in Board meetings. Member participation is a great way to contribute to the life of the community.

    • This meeting will be held in person.

      • Villa Serena Clubhouse, 8111 Club Court, Austin, Texas 78759

      • Parking: The Clubhouse is at the back of the complex, next to the pool. You may use the 10 parking spaces directly in front of the building. (NOTE: Please ensure you do not block any reserved resident spots.) If the Clubhouse spaces are full, please park in the visitor spaces along South Drive (the main entrance road) or on Greenslope street just outside the Villa Serena entrance.
